subplot 1: truth or dare

SUBPLOT 1

all weasleys, potters, and invited friends.

september first has come again. time for another year at hogwarts. not much has changed over the summer. except for a few weasleys and potters reaching their last year of education at the magical institute. ten months of school, and the first big batch from the next generation are leaving the castle. things are going to change, but some of family traditions are going to stay.

take for example the traditional beginning of the year truth or dare game played in the room of requirement. all weasleys and potters attend, and all are allowed to bring along one friend of their choice to join in. every year, it is someone's responsibility to obtain a little veritisum, which is then put into all of the players' pumpkin juice cup to make sure that all truths are answered honestly.

once everyone is in the room of requirement, everyone sits in a circle, and the person in charge of getting the veritisum starts off the game, picking whoever they please to be the first victim. once that person has answered a truth, or been told their dare, it is their turn to choose their own victim. the can pick anyone else, but the person that has picked them previously. all dares are able to concern anyone not playing, and whoever is giving the dare has the option to make the dared person do the dare immediatly, or within a time limit. two months, for example.

now that quite a few weasleys and potters are graduating, will the dares go more extreme than the past years? will it go further than a simple kiss to a slytherin or a random hug to a professor? and will the truths go deeper than their first kiss or first crush? no one will know until the dares are given out, and the truths are answered.

plot will start: once there are at least seven weasleys/potters accepted.
