Gamekeeper's Hut
The gamekeeper's hut, located on the edge of the Forbidden Forest, is home to the gamekeeper and any pets they might own. While the hut has had many inhabitants over the years, and has been set on fire more than once, it still manages to stand and has no intention of collapsing anytime soon.

Greenhouses and Gardens
While there are several greenhouses for the use of Herbology classes, there are also a number of gardens around the grounds, which grow plants as harmless as flowers to more valuable potion ingredients.

The Lake
Located to the south of the castle, the lake is approximately a half mile in diameter and home to some rather interesting creatures- namely, the giant squid and a colony of Merpeople.

Quidditch Pitch
Whether you're on your house's team or you're here to watch a game, the Quidditch Pitch is often a site of cheers, boos, and flying brooms.

The Forbidden Forest
Normally off-limits to students, the Forbidden Forest is home to a great many unusual and dangerous creatures- though not all of them are anti-human. While students serving detention sometimes come in, it is not unusual for overly adventurous students to sneak in and take a peek. There's even a couple stories about kids that supposedly disappeared in the Forest- whether or not they're true is to be determined.
